Telcentris Adds Data-Max Wireless to their Customer List

Cloud communications provider, Telcentris, who also created the VoxOx and VoxOx In Business telephony solutions, has announced the addition of Data-Max Wireless LLC to their customer base.

Data-Max, operated by Wecom, will be leveraging Telcentris’ wholesale VoIP enablement platform and backend infrastructure to provide a wide range of services to their white label VoIP customer list. Although they have been cautious about providing voice services in the past, they have recognised that demand for VoIP services is increasing. Customers that have made the smooth transition to the new platform have reported improvements in voice quality.

Paul Fleming, COO and VP of Data-Max Wireless and Wecom, said, “We did a lot of research before selecting the VoxOx in Business solution by Telcentris and we found that no other provider offers the breadth of VoIP features coupled with superior customer support, top-notch call quality and competitive pricing.”

Telcentris offers white labelling of all Internet telephony services via its VoxOx in Business division including SIP trunking, PBX and contact centre hosting, carrier services, wholesale SMS and data services. Their award winning unified communications service delivery platform is used to power all VoIP solutions.

Rob Lewis, VP of Product Management at Telcentris, said, “Since launching our white label services in December 2012, we have experienced remarkable interest in this product area, and are excited to have valued customers like Data-Max Wireless signing on for the programme.”
